The Personal Training Program at Cherry Creek Athletic Club is designed to assist and encourage the successful fulfillment of your personal health and fitness goals. An emphasis is placed on total fitness in the areas of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. Cherry Creek Athletic Club offers professional and in-depth personal training that includes private, semi-private and group sessions. Our personal training team specializes in weight management, sport specific training, pre- and post-natal training, core and functional training, post-rehabilitation and much more.
