STEAM/JACUZZI

We invite you to arrive 15 minutes in advance of any spa treatment to take advantage of our steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide 24-hour prior notice as a courtesy to our technicians. “No-shows” and last-minute cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the service price.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

The Sanctuary Day Spa offers a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. We will happily assist you in customizing a memorable experience for that special someone.

RETAIL SKINCARE PRODUCTS

The Sanctuary Day Spa offers three exclusive skincare product lines: Éminence, Jan Marini, and Sanitas.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities may be offered, at your discretion, in appreciation to our staff for outstanding service, with 15 percent to 20 percent being customary.

CONSIDERATIONS

To ensure your and all our guests’ ultimate experience, please refrain from bringing children, cell phones, or beepers to your appointment.

HOURS

The Spa is fully staffed seven days a week for your convenience. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
