Nearly 30 classes are offered weekly in our spacious studios for all levels of yoga practitioners from beginner to instructor trainee. Instructors at Cherry Creek Athletic Club draw from an extensive background in Yoga. All classes practice traditional yoga postures to build strength and flexibility, with an attention to breath and alignment. Most classes are an eclectic blend of various styles and disciplines, unless otherwise noted on the schedule. Come join us and integrate your mind, body and spirit.
